I received a letter from them indicating that I was one of many "Plaintiffs" and my former employer was being sued for improperly paying overtime to it's employees. I was supposedly part of the settlement, and enclosed was a check for $87.63. However, the check bounced and I was charged a large fee by my bank. Very disappointing, as I never had a check bounce either way in my life. Based off this I would stay away and look elsewhere for related legal help.
