I spoke with Mr. Kupfer regarding an Enhanced Life Estate and he stated we needed to send a letter with our request and a check for $279. The office would do the paperwork and file the deed. We did that and Mr. Skolnick called my elderly mother and berated her for "assuming" what needed to be done. She explained that we did as instructed and the professional attorney argued with her and said that is NOT how it's done and the cost is $350 not $279. Well... la tee dah! My parents used this firm for their original closing and thought they would hire them again. Not now! Had the whole thing done by a nice attorney we found elsewhere and it was only $250 without the rudeness.
