Their whole firm is amazing and truly cares about their clients! I have referred many clients since signing on with them and will continue to do so!

First impression is everything to me. When I called their office the receptionist or whoever answered the phone, hung the phone up on me twice when I was saying hello. I then called back from a different phone and the same person answered the phone. I told her that I just called twice and that she hung up the phone on me each time. Also when i was calling back she would pick up the phone and say nothing. The receptionist proceeded to use a harsh tone with me telling me I did not say anything which is incorrect because i was saying hello, hello each time I called back. What I did not appreciate was her harsh tone and rudeness, instead of being apologetic. I then told her never mind that I would call another law office. I know she probably didn't care if I go somewhere else, but I will let others know about my encounter with this firm and I did not even make it to speak with an attorney. Again, first impressions is everything to me.

Expected better from them...I’ve used them 3 times previously...haven’t had a ticket since 2013...just got a speeding ticket so I went back to Allison...I figured since I’ve used them 3 times, and had zero points or tickets and a spotless record she would get my ticket dismissed...instead I received a $231 court cost in addition to the $104 she charged me to get the ticket dismissed...effectively I could have done better appearing on my own and also saved the $104 I paid her...

Will not be back again.

I've been using TA for the past 10 years. They are exceptional! Allison was able to get my last ticket (going 90 in a 65 zone) dismissed.

Their fee is higher then most tickets clinics and ended up having to pay court costs. Paid more than original ticket. Could have done better myself

I hired Ticket Angels to help me take care of a ticket I got in the mail from the camera's that take a picture of the vehicle. I then received a ticket in the amount of $158, I was late to pay the ticket and the fine was increased to $265.
After this happened I called Ticket Angels and after speaking to them I felt much more comfortable that they could help me resolve my problem. They completely surpassed my expectations and actually got my ticket thrown out. I could not believe it, I am so grateful that they saved me so much money and I can tell you that I would never think of going any where else for help with any legal services that they provide.

A breathe of fresh air to have the person who picks up the phone be able to answer my questions. They advised me to help me figure out what was right FOR ME - not just what was right for them. I had almost given up on ticket clinics because every time I called a place the people I spoke with were idiots. But I called up Ticket Angel thinking I might as well patronize a business that is pro-women but was worried that they might end up being as ditzy as the rest. I was wrong, women are superior.
