My attorney referred my case to William Ruggiero office and since that has happened, I have had no traction or any consistent updates on my case in months. The first time I was contacted was to tell me that I needed to “immediately fill out documents and next day mail them” because I had failed to do so. When I informed them that those documents were filled out and sent back months ago, the person placed me on hold and eventually found my paperwork that I assume had been just been sitting there.

Then all of a sudden I get an email midday Tuesday stating I had to be at their office at 9am Thursday for a disposition that could take anywhere between 1-4 hours but could not confirm how long it would be. I responded promptly saying that I cannot take time off or had the necessary time needed to make accommodations at work. This is when William Ruggiero actually emailed me directly and tried to work with me to try and make Thursday happen but it simply was not an option with such short notice. Since I missed the appointment he had the audacity to send me a very rude email stating that I would need to let him know if "my job" was going to make upcoming appointments for 'MY CASE" more difficult so he could withdraw representation. Needless to say he is no longer representing me. I have dealt with many attorneys but none as unprofessional and disorganized as this office. Attorneys are supposed to work with you and explain the process step by step and having this "YOUR CASE" mentality is unacceptable when your attorney should share your same goals and work collectively with you. Terrible experience and would not recommend.
