Ethically Challenged. Our company did a small job for Mr. Lavender several years ago at his office. After work was complete Mr. Lavender would refused to pay the bill. Told our company he would be happy to fight us in court. Since our bill was only $300.00 our company decided to let the sin and shame fall on Mr. Lavender and not pursue legal action. Any time someone cheats someone else it tells volumes about their character.
