I was referred to Jamie after I was rear-ended. She was very responsive and the office staff is so helpful and prompt. She dealt with my insurance company and the at-fault party's insurance company and has saved me so many headaches. I highly recommend her to anyone involved in an auto accident. I was in a car accident last year. I was sitting at a red light and someone wasn't paying attention and drove right into the back of my car at almost full speed. I was stunned and he told me to pull over - which I did and then he took off! Dazed and confused, I called Jamie because I didn't know what to do. Right away and she tried to find the person who hit me by requesting video from the nearby store's security cameras. She was so amazing, so calm and professional and ORGANIZED. She was not able to get the video but that didn't stop her from trying to help me!! She was able to immediately refer me to awesome Doctors to help me get MRI scans and treatment on my torn Achilles tendon and back injuries...and got payment from my own insurance policy!! Thank God for Jamie - she is the BEST!!!! If you are ever injured - CALL HER ASAP!
