My girlfriend violated her probation four times. She had an active warrant for 13 years. She spoke with several attorneys, she was told that she was in big trouble, there was no deal to be made and she was facing real time. She then spoke with Brian, he immediately noticed things in the case that other attorneys did not. She hired him on November 23rd by December4 he had gone to court on her behalf for a status hearing and arranged a reinstatement and termination hearing for December 11. To our anazenent on December 11th, good as his word, sheI was reinstated and the 5-year probation was terminated. No supervision, no stipulations of any kind, absolutely done!! Which was totally miraculous to us considering several attorneys told her she was facing real time. This guy is amazing ,the best money she ever spent. He even went a step further, she had nothing in her name for 13 years, she was having difficulty obtaining her birth certificate and getting a state ID he helped her to get the proper records necessary to get a state id. He will take your money, not communicate with you and do no work as he did to me. 12 months and nothing done for the money I paid. Got another lawyer and he couldn't provide what he'd done to the new lawyer.... Be very careful of lawyers like this!
