The most realistic and helpful lawyer out there. Gives great advice and tells you how it is and is really looking out for your best interest and nothing else. So glad I went to him and no one else! This attorney is one of the most thorough and hard working guys I've came across in a very very long time. He is certainly not the cheapest lawyer you'll find but his prices are very reasonable given his work ethics and strong legal background. Most recently Roger got me off an Insurance Felony charge in which a Geico investigator treated me like a criminal and threatened to get me charged with insurance fraud even in front of my mother who witnessed these threats when my car had been stolen. I would recommend his office highly. I met two other attorneys first and they started at a much higher price and then they kept coming down bargaining and bargaining. Worst Lawyer you could ever hired. All he cares its about money. He treats you nice at first then after you hired him, he will treat you miserable, dont take your calls and when he does he mention you not paying for that call rudely and hang up on you. He lost my case, and in top of that he never show to the trial, and sent ans assistant who had not clue about my case and not even experience. I believe people nowadays write themselves reviews, this lawyer its one of them, I should have seen that and fired him the very first day he treated me like that. But guess i was not good financially since he charge me twice the price another lawyer would've charge me. He is even racist the way he referred to a lady from a courthouse as fat ass black women in a racist tone. That very first day i should have walked away. Please stay away!!!

I hired Mr. Foley for my girlfriend's case because after meeting him he seemed like aguy that fight for his client not just for financial reasons. He was willing to work with me anyway possible. He kept me informed. The office was very professional and I got updates. On Oct 17, 2014 my girl was picked up on a warrant. Sat in Broward county then was transferred to Palm beach. Was not getting any info about why she was being held so I sought out some legal advice. I shopped around but when I met Foley and explained everything he told me my option. Gave me the good and the bad. First he got a court date immediately and had her released on SOR and then second court date case was dismissed.

I was arrested for burglary and grand theft. it was my first arrest. Not knowing the legal process I had help from my parents to research attorneys and after that we found Mr. Foley who was very knowledgeable and new ways to explain the legal process to me.
