Run..this isn't a legitimate Atty .could not even give one star ..will take your money and accomplish nothing .Will never call you back Read the Florida Bar complaints first before you make a decision or the many reviews online . I am surprise this man is still practicing Law and has a Licence in my Opnion . The state Bar has not done a good job protecting inocent people from getting taken by Attourneys like this.

I hired Rossi because he was the one brave lawyer to go against a multi-million dollar monster. Even though I had every card in my favor to win, we couldn't because the existing regulations and laws protect this monster. Great American system, right? I wanted to avoid litigation because I simply don't have the money for that and Rossi's hourly rate multiplied by a case that would take months to solve would leave me on the streets. His assistant, Melina, doesn't know much about anything. Mind you, they charge you for everything, even a simple follow-up telephone call. And it should be their responsibility to call you to inform about your case.

The reason I'm giving him 2 stars is because I had to do most of his job. I researched the laws, polices and regulations; drafted and compiled documents to the school in order to shed a positive light on my case. He was negotiating with the school's attorney for a way to fix this. Unfortunately, on the second telephone call, he was really unprepared and was swayed by the school's fallacious arguments, even though I had given him all the information to win. It was so disappointing. I spoke to him via phone only 3 times. I tried to reach out to him and even scheduled a time to speak to him multiple times and never called me back. He gives you a phone number that is out of service and calls you on a random different number. He is unreachable.

The problem with Rossi is that he relies more on his previous experience rather than seeking alternate avenues for a solution. Therefore, his knowledge is limited and doesn't investigate further. Whatever you tell him or suggest him first goes through his assistants and paralegals. The second problem is that not even them question and think critically about your case. In other words, for a X problem, there can only be a Y solution. No more. To top it off, there's a horrible communication problem inside Rossi's organization. Nobody knows anything. Only Rossi, but then again, no one can get a hold of Rossi.

After that last failure, I never heard back from Rossi again. He basically abandoned my case. The assistant attorney, Lakita, basically took my case by the horns. Sadly, at that point not much could be done. Conclusion: out of all the money invested, I literally got zero results out of it. Rossi didn't deliver on his word on what could be possibly accomplished.

Attorney Steve Rossi and his staff provided excellent service regarding a school expulsion decision. He explained to us the proceedings step by step and made sure we had reasonable expectations. The staff is easy to contact and very prompt with returning calls and emails. Our family will be forever grateful to Mr. Rossi for his assistance in this matter!

What a great Team They have at the Law office of Attorney Steve Rossi!! I called in crying because my 13 year old daughter got in a fight at school she was defending herself! The principal suspended her! They took my information. I could afford it Thank God ( I did do a payment plan) Mr. Rossi knew exactly how to handle our situation, it's my understanding he helps ALL OVER the STATE of Florida!! Mr. Rossi is what is wrong with the justice system. He is an awful attorney that will scam you for a few thousand dollars, make you do all the work, and not answer phone calls. He might seem amicable and pleasant at first but don't be fooled it's a facade. Please don't waste your time with this guy.
