My wife, son and I met with Robert. He is very personable and was to the point. We discussed a game plan with his many years of experience. (Btw, he knows the judges and states atty's) Long story short, my sons has a wreckless driving charge which we will get sealed. My son learned a very valuable lesson and I am glad I trusted my son's future in the hands of Robert Malove. I trusted Robert Malove and I am extremely happy that I did.
Mr. Malove and his teams knows all about your legal rights and the process.
He has great Analytical skills, good judgement and perseverance.

I didn't worry much with Robert on the case representing my son. He was able to get the charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving. He knows all of the ins and outs of his craft and is highly experienced. His staff is excellent, hard working support, for a common goal..to help you.
He is a genuinely good hearted person that is straight forward and will tell you exactly what's going on.
I highly recommend Robert Malove for your legal needs
Thank you Mr. David Malove for all of your efforts God bless.
With no knowledge about how the judicial system works, there were times where I doubted them. I was very wrong in doing so. After 7 long months, everything turned out exactly how they explained it would and I'm so happy with the results that I got!
If there is anything I learned from this experience, it is to be PATIENT. Dealing with the court is long and stressful: Things are not as simple as they seem. Nothing gets taken care of from one day to the next and TRUST that your lawyers are doing everything in their power to help. Especially these guys right here! I'm very thankful for them.
He kept me out of prison on a 3 year minimum mandatory. I was charged with Aggravated Fleeing/Alluding and a DUI. I was also charged with Aggravated Assault on a LEO which I didn't do. However, I had to plea no contest to it in order to avoid trial and risk getting convicted of Fleeing/Alluding which has prison time. I ended up serving 38 days in Jail concurrent with 1 Year Community Control and then followed by 3 years probation. Community Control proved to be damaging to my business so I asked Robert to try to modify my Community Control in a way that allows me to work freely. He was able to prove that the structure of Community Control made my business inefficient and therefore unable to make a living under the current limitations. The state attorney agreed to place me on regular probation with an ankle monitor and a curfew of 10pm-6am for the remaining 7 months.
I am greatful to Robert for his persistence with the State about my case. He continued my case long enough so that I could finish school and receive my bachelors degree. I also had enough time to launch my business before I was sentenced to a month in jail.
He instructed me on how to present myself to the prosecutor which I believe helped in waiving my 3 year Minimum mandatory. We gathered Character Reference letters, he helped me write a personal letter to the Judge and the police officers involved, he told me to complete my community service hours before I was court ordered to do them, and he talked sense into me when I was extremely stressed and not thinking my clearest.
I highly recommend Robert on his integrity, hard work, and due diligence. He treaded lightly with my case to achieve the best results he thought he could get. His calm but stern dialogue with Prosecutors gives him the edge to achieve desired results. He knows when to be calm, when to be aggressive, and when to back down to let things breathe. At first I didn't trust his approach but now I see that I did come out with the best results after hearing everyone elses court stories. Today I am being put on probation due to his efforts. I feel so relieved to be able to work as hard as I want without being chained to a schedule that takes me 5-10 hours per week to complete. Not to mention the 10 other hours I lose per week on appointments that don't work out.
Thank you Robert. How about ordering a custom floral arrangement or custom Lattice for your office??
He believes in the rights of his clients and defends them to best of his ability, explaining all possibilities and outcomes so there are no surprises. He is prompt about returning calls, texts, and emails and seems to really understand how emotionally draining these events can be for his clients.
He has great relationships with everyone he encounters including: attorneys, judges, prosecutors etc. His demeanor is confident and at ease whether in or out of the courtroom, and he is generally a really nice guy.
The outcome of my case could have been much different but I believe Robert helped keep me out of jail and also saw to it that all conditions were as fair as possible. I now have a brighter future because of everything Robert Malove did on my behalf.
Facing basically a life sentence he was able to get me an adjudication withheld (no conviction)and some probation time!
He too can be your LEGAL DREAM TEAM!! I Highly recommend Robert!!
THANK YOU ROBERT!!!
