I don't know where to begin, been sued from a former employer for a bunch of lies, we are from New Jersey and had to get a lawyer in Florida so all correspondence was either done telephonically or through email We were dealt with Chad Levy, and Diane and paid them $5,000 in retainer fees and he made it seem like this would be enough and even mentioned they may even be "money left over" as he was sure he could get it dismissed easily. Needles to say, they filed a motion to dismiss and failed us, and communication was poor. their suggestions were not thorough and also did not work. In the end we probably only had 3-4 phone calls, exchange 5 short emails, and they never went over the game plan with us- only that they wanted to dismiss the case (which again, FAILED because they were trying to dismiss it due to improper service. which was a complete waste of time.) They never ONCE asked us if the allegations were true, and i highly doubt that they read through the whole file because all they had at the end was :"improper service" Really? So after a few months of back and fourth and got absolutely nowhere and failed the dismissal request which they were sure was going , they said our retainer fee was running out and needed another $5,000 before they proceeded with anything else. Obviously we could not pay another $5,000 as we are a small business, they didn't try to work things out financially and denied a payment plan with us. They left us high and dry without representation in the middle of the case, and we are from NEW JERSEY! In the end we had no choice but to go on unrepresented and ended up with a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT as we could not afford another lawyer. I do not recommend at all!

Strung me along for weeks knowing they had no interest in taking my case.Said it wasn't "winnable" even though my employer blatantly violated wage/labor laws by not paying me. I would not deal with them again. or recommend them to anyone.

I'm taking the time to express to the overall public the quality, positive staff and successful outcome of my case within this law office. Truly life can take you and family varies places.

Throughout those journeys thing's aren't always smooth or easy. Upon my harder trials, I was desperately seeking support and justice. The staff and Mr. Levy held me and my family up with two arms.

I am beyond disappointed with the representation that I received. In over a year, Chad Levy accepted one call from me and has never seen me. He refused to talk to me or meet with me. By no means do I believe that he valued me as a client. I don't believe that he gave me the representation that I paid for. It was a contingency case with a very high percentage to be paid to him. Unfortunately, I was in too deep to fire him. I feel worse now than I did when I retained him.

My relative is dealing with this office and has dealt with nothing but rude staff! This office has no clue what's going on and they continue to display extremely poor communication. When questioned, the staff treats you as if you mean nothing and then threatens you with the amount you will be getting back. It's sickening and I'd advise you to find a different form to represent your case.
