Retained Frank to file for Bankruptcy. My wife passed from Breast Cancer. He said I no longer qualified because I had no depent.
I met with him 3 times, he never filed, I asked for a refund, he said I wasn't entitled to a refund. I was summoned to a hearing with Bank of America, he wouldn't go with me. He said I would do better on my own.
So I lost my Wife, and I lost my $2,300.00 I gave him. Received NO Services for it. Had to go with a Debt Relief Company.

So I have called a couple times asking for my records back and an itemized bill for exactly what he charged me for my 2,300 dollars and keep getting directed to a voice mail. Never getting a response.
