Probably one of the best experiences I've had with an attorney in a very long time. Rick was responsive, and very attentive to my situation. He responded quickly, and took decisive action - and the best part was when I did have a question, he answered the phone when I called the office!

Rick at Beacon Law firm was the first and only attorney I called when I was struggling with my dept. I choose him to handle my situation because he answered my call right away and set up an appointment right away on a Saturday. When we sat down on a Saturday he went over all my options and came to the conclusion the BK was really the best for my situation. It was the very last thing I wanted to do but really had no choice. After explaining the process to me. He gave me the paper work to bring home and fill out. I have to admit it seemed so overwhelming to say the least. I called him a few times and he ussally answered the phone right away. The times he didn't answer the phone he always called me back very quickly. Needless to say shouts out to him because it is hard to find an attorney to call back so quickley. With that said he made me feel as comftable as possible which is pretty hard because I was so stressed out. He met me at the meeting with the creditors and helped me to relax.
