He was recommended to me by a coworker. I've used him 3 times in the last 2 years. Every ticket has been dismissed! I don't know what the the other non-5-stsr reviews are talking about...this lawyer is legit!

I do not remember how I found Barry Kaufman PA, but do know I have used his services on several occasions in at least the past 10 years. We have never met and there is no need to. My husband, son and I have gotten tickets over the years and thankfully all have been dismissed through Mr. Kaufman. I don't know about the other reviews but I have never experienced an issue over the phone and even on my recent ticket this past month, Digna, was so kind in listening to my ticket story and took all the information over the phone. I just received my dismissal letter and again super satisfied with their services. Unfortunately stuff happens.......keep his number on your phone!

Dealing with Barry's office was a great experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. When it came time for court Barry was able to get my ticket dismissed

NO LONGER PRACTICING. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET RID OF THE COURT FEES FOR THE VIOLATION AND DIDN'T EVEN SEND TE DISPSITIONM LETTER. NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO ALL HIS CLIENTS. WE ALL GOT LETTERS FROM LAST YEARS TICKETS SAYING OUR LICENSE WOULD BE SUSPENDED. THE FIRM THAT TOOK OVER COULDN'T EVEN GIVE US FURHTER INFORMATION EXCEPT TO CALL BROWARD CLERK. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THEY JUST ABADONED THE CASE AND LEFT ME TO HAVE TO PAY MROE THAN WHAT THE TICKET ACTUALLY COSTED. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Dealing with Barry Kauffman was a horrible stressful experience. He represented my son with a motor vehichle charge. He never returns phone calls once you give him your money. It took me 20 minutes to sign up to write this review, I have never written a review for anything but this was such a frustrating experience i had to. I started calling his office at 8 am on a Monday and spoke to his very nice secretary maybe 15 times between Monday morning and Wed at noon, He never called back until late Wednesday and that was only after threatening calling the Bar assoc. Even his office staff is frustrated and bewildered at his lack of service and communication with his customers. DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY ON HIM!!! I had to call another Law group to finish what he started. The Musca group, they are very responsive... ...
