Very rude people they always tell u different trying to get money out of you. Legal thieves if u ask me I hate the staffs and lawyer never talks to u face to face always sends employees back and forth relating messages straight b.s

I am paying a demand because i had an accident, i am not working because i have an autistic child, when i fail to pay for just 2 months because my situation they suspended my license..... no humanity people

I was a victim of identity theft and advise them it wasn’t me, they suspended my license and I wasn’t in the accident!!!! LIARS ALL OF THEM

They will not share your balance with you, you have to go thru hoops, so try and write a personal check so there is a record of your payments being cashed!

Legal criminals.... wow..what a coensidence few people goin thru the same thing im going thru......smh. bothers me everyday....since 2005 to 2016 everything good...but 2017 n 2018 these people been doing me wrong all of a sudden...smh 13 years!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. These people are crooks they don't do anything to help you. They send you notice AFTER they already suspended your license. They don't tell you what you're paying for and the lady that answers the phone is clueless and no help either.

Every time I call about sending money to these criminals, the girl who answers the phone acts like you are bothering her. If this is a preview of how they do business then they should just give it up ....

No matter how many times you call someone will always call you back but they never do. Not sure the people taking the phone calls are even taking the information. Record every phone call and document your payments and get regular balances so they know you are checking.

Worst thing humanity has ever put on this Earth. If you have these people representing you, I assure you, you'll be the bane of some helpless person's existence. Thank you for teaching me and my family everything people shouldn't be.

O shut the did the same to me a woman hit me on private parking lot in 2012 in 2014 bact I'm have a judgement agains me never was serve from them the suspend my driver license I'm be struggling seem the time have special insurance Ben paying them 100 months for 4 years already Whit 500 down payment .n I'm steal payment what a scan I'm get in too we nedde to move forward may we can do something about that I'm never be serve by then .n these crazy lady friend of hem Steve Jacobson .she the one hit me she was doing 30 mph in a parking lot .she hit me went I'm back B's.

The worst customer service EVER. The receptionist has no professionalism. She make smart remarks , she's very rude and very disrespectful. People like that give your whole company a bad reputation. Not a good look.
