For well over 25 years Mindy has successfully had all my citations dismissed with no points. She is the very best!

Where to start? First of all, the worse customer service I ever had.
I called several times to get any information about my case and they didnt even could find my case in the computer. Always promised to call me back to tell me something about it and never did.
Second, incompetence.
I had my first ticket ever. Not a big deal. I disobeyed the traffic signals making a left when I couldn’t. Any good and average lawyer would take care of this without a problem. Not Mindy!
I am not even sure she showed up to the court as required.
Never called me back to update me about my case.
I had to go myself to court to get any kind of information.
I ended up “guilty” and had to pay for my ticket and for Mindy to do absolutely nothing about it.

I recently relocated to FL from NY when I got my first speeding ticket. I immediately called one of my friends and they recommended me to Mindy and said she was great. I called, provided all my information and didn’t have to worry about anything while handled my case. It was ultimately dismissed. I would recommend Mindy to any of my friends and family!

This is a long but honest review. I genuinely hate writing reviews but I believe this law office deserves a 5 star review. About 8 years ago I got a ticket for running a stop sign and my employer referred me to mindy sohn. I went with her services and it was resolved and of course I was happy. I never really thought about that ticket or the law offices of mindy sohn again. A couple of months ago my mom had a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital and I wasn't able to be there the day she went into the hospital but the next day me and my children were going to visit her and I got into an accident with a car. It wasn't a large enough accident to stop my car from moving so I told the guy to get my info and left to go see my mom. An officer came to my house the next day and gave me a subpoena to go to court and charged me with leaving the scene of the accident (which is a criminal offense). Luckily, I didn't get arrested BUT I was pretty sure I needed a lawyer. So, I made a few calls and googled and saw mindy sohn pop up on Google. I recognized the name and decided to try them out again since they did a pretty good job the last time. I was actually kind of hesitant because of the negative
reviews but I was just hopeful and I was banking on past experience. Well, they won my criminal case (leaving the scene of the accident), my infraction case (the actual accident, since I left and he made the claim it was automatically my fault) AND I didn't have to be responsible for court costs. If I get into another accident and need a lawyer, which is highly likely since I live in Miami, I will definitely call this law office and refer anyone who needs a good lawyer too.

This is definitely a MUST GO TO attorney for your traffic tickets. Mindy is so friendly and informative. Her and her staff answered all of my questions and made sure I was well informed of how everything would be handled with my tickets. My family has started using her and everyone has been pretty pleased with the results. You can call them anytime and they will always get back to you. I have used Mindy Sohn,esq for nearly 20 years, whenever I have had a traffic related issue. I have always had positive outcomes and have recommended her to all my friends and family. Ms. Sohn is an expert in her field and always communicates with you. She is a caring individual who really puts your mind at ease when a problem arises. She is a consummate professional.

I hired Mindy on good faith from a recommendation that she could handle my speeding ticket. Much like everyone else, my court date got moved and there was ZERO communication from Mindy or the office on how things were being handled. I called to follow up after the first moved court date and was told I would receive an update in the mail. Fast forward 3 months after the court date, I receive notification that my license is in jeopardy of being suspended for failure to pay court fees and had also incurred a late fee.

After much shock, I called the office and was told they handled the case and sent me the outcome in the mail 3 months prior. NOTHING WAS RECEIVED! I received email confirmation from the office that my outcome was mailed it to the wrong address and because they never received it return to sender, they "assumed it was received." The court was not able to do anything about the late fees I was now being charged and was told to address it with my lawyer. After back and forth phone calls, Mindy left me a message and said in her 30 years in business this had never happened and was told I should address it with my mailman. How odd, I receive every other piece of mail in the last 3 months except for this one. Suspicious!

I don't understand how you send court documents in regular post?! How hard would it be to send it priority mail or with signature verification that I received it.

Unreal. Do not hire. Seek other representation.

EDIT: Quality of service has fallen off severely. I called and the woman who answered the phone complained aloud TO me about what a hassle it is processing these requests. They postponed and postponed and postponed a hearing in Dade until there was finally a judgement on it and we were required to pay the full amount of the violation which would have been one thing if we'd actually run a red light or something -- but this was a traffic cam that mailed us a picture of the car just sitting still at the intersection, no proof of any violation. Take your dollars elsewhere, if this kind of work is too much hassle for them, there are lots of similar services who'll be glad to fix your ticket.

Would give 0 stars if I could.... wasted money paying them to fight a ticket for nothing. Count date got moved many times. I kept asking them for updates and never provided any information. Even sent emails but no reply. I decided to check online and see if I had any violations to be paid showing on the broward clerk site and there it was.... $258 dollar in court fees + late fees because they never notified me of the result of the case! Thanks for nothing!

I think She is not good at all, I end up paying the ticket plus giving her a free 100.00 for nothing beware and almost got my license suspended because she never had the courtesy to send me the letter via mail or email to ensure i receive it, don't waste your money she is no good

I have been using you since 2006... Craig and Jr were horrible. customer service was disgusting. I will never use you all again. Did not handle my case and we're not sympathetic when I voiced my concerns. Acted like my business meant nothing. Terrible. I paid them to FIGHT a traffic ticket, I even offered to pay more if they actually fight it. They said no problem, they'll fight it. Instead the plead "No Contest" and I get whacked with court costs and didn't receive the results I paid for.

They are simply there to take your money and plead no contest, don't expect any actual results from these people.
