Greg Loomar is the first attorney I ever met that thought as a business owner/ entrepreneur in addition his outstanding legal skills. He would much rather negotiate a fair and equitable agreement for opposing parties saving his clients the great expense and mental anguish of litigation. In addition, he leverages these negotiating skills when representing sellers or buyers in business transactions to make sure deals are confirmed and do not fall apart due to a lack of pro active actions on the part of the attorney. I highly recommend Greg for all commercial transactions and any other commercial legal issues.

This guy is a fraud. He was investigated for ethics issues and should not be trusted. Check the local bar association. Based on my interaction with the guy was that he was scattered and desperate for clients. I would not recommend.

DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! He is too expensive and likes to talk a lot over the phone to charge you extra. His work ethic is VERY poor and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to properly manage clients. He lacks of knowledge and he gets easily scared by other attorneys with more years of experience than him. He is a fraud!!!! Be careful.... don’t make the same mistake I made by hiring him without checking his credentials and reviews.
Greg is a fantastic attorney who really works hard for positive results. Greg really listens and makes you feel like he is working for family. He is empathetic and sincere and I am thrilled we worked with him. I truly appreciated his honesty and that he made sure his efforts were fair.

I have known Mr. Loomar for over 20 years. Having worked with him on many cases I have had the opportunity to see how hard he works for his clients. As a small Law Firm he is with his clients through every step of the process. He has a great office with a very convenient location in Pembroke Pines. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good Business attorney.
