Considered the ethical standard of this law firm I cautiously limit myself to a one star review and wish, we had a minus five star option.

I seek amazing legal help from Stevens and Goldwyn. These guys helped me a lot in my real estate case. I had a good experience with them and I would like to recommend them to all.

I am editing this review because of this law firm has threatened me with a defamation of character lawsuit.

I have had hundreds of dealings with real estate law firms! This lawfirm just completely failed to respond to my attorney' regarding a matter with their client "The HOA". We were seeking HOA approval for a closing and their client "The HOA" failed to give it to us. Their position is that they're client "The HOA" gave them no permission to speak to us, although when we spoke with the management company who is hired by the HOA, they told us we needed to speak with this lawfirm. The lawfirm could've easily communicated with us and told us that the HOA didn't give them permission to speak to us. We were stuck in a delay and holding pattern and couldn't close on the property without our approval with took incredibly too long

With all respect I am so frustrated with these individuals sometimes they answer sometimes they don't. the word that I want to use is "evasive". you call and they don't know anything or they cant say anything "its all a mystery. they never have a conclusive answer for you. they leave you with more questions than answers. all I want to do is pay and close this chapter.. I am sure they just want to have an excuse to continue charging they're fees.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I have to call +20 times for my call to be connected with one of the useless secretaries they have. RUN WAYA FROM THEM!!!!

The worst! They told me I have a lien on my property to remove it I have to pay them $750and that I should get the paper work from court, after 2 months I contact them and they say that the Clark never recorded the lien so didn’t have to be release basically stole my money don’t ever use them!!!! If there was minus five stars I would give it to them .

I tried contacting this company about paying my fees that there were some complications with an Janelle was so rude that I was shocked! I have never been spoken too that way by anyone I was trying to pay! I had my credit card ready and was still told I could not receive an amount! I am still waiting to pay 4 days later. I have contacted my property management company and HOA presid to let her know how rude Janelle is. I will also be going to the office to speak with Janelle’s boss. I have been hung up on twice. Called a liar and rude. At no point was I any of these things! I will never recommend this company to anyone and I intend to do all I can to make sure they get no future business from our condo!

The firm has guided the Silver Lakes HOA for many years now. Great work! Great recovery of funds and Great guidance.
