Worst lawyer ever! Kept my case file for over 18 months without filing a single document. My statute of limitations was approaching and he didn't have the courage to face me personally and asked his assistant, Frances Dicus, to hand me back my personal injury file. I am now with another attorney, 3 weeks prior to having lost my chance to recouperate any monies from my accident. SMH. I have proof of Kennedy's ineffectiveness and I challenge any one of these fake reviews to show proof that he has even worked on their cases. Fraud! This Criado Review is his family member!! Don't be a fraud Mr Salinas. The firm operated a lot better when Mr T was running it. SMH.
