They know what they are talking about. They have much knowledge about cars and the laws that apply to them. Lacking communication due to case load, but satisfied with the experience.

Let me start by saying that I am getting the result I desired. It took over 7 months and I did most of the leg work. I rate the law firm as a whole a 3 [not a 4 or 5] because I did most of the work, and it usually took a few voice mails or emails to get a response to any question. They require that I request and obtain the vehicle records from the dealership. I had to request information from the leasing company. I had to provide sales documents. I had to make several trips to the dealer just to get copies, then scan them in to email. All of these things that they could have obtained with a few phone calls were all left for me to do. They never contacted the service manager for a deposition that he was willing to do. So basically it was a long and very frustrating process. I would like to mention, however, that right at the end of the 7 plus months, Randy Dunbar called me from the Lemon Law Firm and actually made the phone call that got the results. He was extremely helpful, responded quickly, and made things happen after over seven months of little to no information and being left to wonder what was happening with the process. I only wish he was in charge of my case from the beginning and it may not have taken so long. ALSO, at the time of this posting, I only have an offer from the manufacturer and not an actual check in hand. So I am hoping the next step in the process goes much smoother and quicker than the first.

First, some context; I live in Miami FL, literally an hour away from their office. Also, it’s important for me to state that I’m an extremely patient & understanding person. I fully realize the slow, lengthy, & tedious process that goes into any legal battle. However, what has happened in my particular situation is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. From the very beginning I quickly realized that most phone calls & emails go unanswered. As if the very people we’re paying $3,000 to can’t be bothered with questions. Okay fine, I accepted that reality (it is what it is) I could live with the lack of professionalism & individual attention to my needs as a client as long as my case moved forward and reached a satisfactory conclusion. Then things took a turn for the worse. On Thursday 01/17/19 I received a call from my 2nd settlement coordinator who’s name is Esther Vallejos informing me that they had received the settlement check & would be doing a following up call either the next day (Friday 01/18/19) or the following Monday (01/21/19). She asked me for my address & I provided it to her at least three times & she correctly repeated it back to me. Friday & Monday came & went without a call; No surprise there. So I took it upon myself to send an email which went nowhere & a week later I called 4-5 times in order to get some sort of update & find out what was going on (all calls went to voicemail). Eventually after numerous phone call attempts I was able to get ahold of Ms. Vallejos & she told me that the check had gone out on Friday (1/18/19) & get this... when she told me the address... IT WAS WRONG!! I almost couldn’t believe it. Look, I get it, we’re all human & we make mistakes. No one is perfect. But from the day I retained this law firm until now, SIX, yes, SIX different human beings have been given my address. First I gave it to Stephen Winston through email. Then I gave it to Dmitrii Bulakh who’s in charge of documents also through email. After that I spoke with my attorney Rachel Cichowic on the phone & gave her my address as well which she stipulated that she made a “note” of it on the computer for my case manager to deal with. Then I gave it to my case manager Maritza Izquierdo both on the phone AND in writing through email. Once I accepted the settlement I was assigned a settlement coordinator who’s name is Amy Greiff. She too asked me for my address to know where to send the check which I provided through email. Finally, she transferred my case to a different settlement coordinator who is the one who botched my address, Esther Vallejos, who I also gave my address to MULTIPLE times & she STILL managed to mess it up. This is why the situation is absolutely ridiculous. I have given out my address to SIX different people MULTIPLE times & someway somehow they still sent it to the wrong address. Flabbergasted is an understatement. Miss Vallejos said that she would definitely call me on Monday 2/4/19 to check if it was returned. Monday came & went. Did she call? Nope. I’m not surprised though. That’s the second time she lies about calling me. I’m not sure what’s going on with the Florida office but they’re disorganized, sloppy, & completely incompetent! The only thing they’re running is a circus. It’s a black hole of information where no one responds to their emails or phones. They continuously lie to your face & the embarrassing amount of incompetence is bewildering. So how was this all resolved? Well, a different person called me on Tuesday 2/5/19 by the name of Mitchell saying the check had been returned & asked me for my address. I gave it to him at least 3-4 times & made him repeat it back to me. I was so paranoid that it would get lost again that I called back 15 mins later just to hear him repeat it to me one last time. The check was sent out the same day & I received it on Thursday 2/7/19. The whole point of hiring & retaining a law firm is to give you peace of mind & have them work for you. Yet you have to move mountains & split seas to get them to respond to emails and calls.

All the lawyers I encountered during my journey, to get Mercedes to acknowledge that my new benz was defective, were great! Communication was rapid. They answered all of my questions and calls! I never felt as if my case did not matter to them. I recommend their service to anyone who is looking for lawyers that actually care and are with you every step of the way!

Ms. Kathryn Abrams is the most kind and considerate attorney I have ever met. She is sincere and always returned emails and phone calls promptly. They say that they won’t take your case unless they feel that they can win the case. Furthermore they say that you won’t have to pay attorney fees and that when you win or settle your case the manufacturer will pay them. I had a settlement offer but Lemon Law group wanted another $1,500 from me! I wasn’t happy with the settlement offer and wanted to proceed to court to force the manufacturer to purchase our Lemon back. What happened next is just appalling and should be grounds for disbarment.... they dropped me like a hot potatoe... no letter, no email, no phone call, no nothing! They just refuse to answer my calls or return emails. I have been dealing with these guys since August of 2018 and I am now back to square one. Thanks for nothing!

Update: Today an attorney finally called. He was nice and very talkative. I appreciate his advice and we see what happens with our case. I will keep updating as our case progresses.

Update: Spoke with the attorney today in Michigan and he was really helpful And friendly. He apologized for the lack of communication and explained what happened. I am satisfied with his response and will be in touch with him in May.

I am still at odds as to why the paralegals don’t communicate better with the client as to what is going on with the case. This could be better.

I had purchased a 2016 Nissan Titan XD that was letting exhaust into the cabin. Nissan refused to work with me after 3 months of explaining the situation. Lemon Law Group was great to work with and they helped me get my vehicle bought back by Nissan in a timely fashion. I hope to never puchase a lemon vehicle again but if I am so unlucky, I know that Lemon Law Group will resolve my problem again.

Our experience has been HORRIBLE! Poor customer service! Slow response time in regards to emails and phone calls! Our advice is to seek a LOCAL lawyer in your area to pursue your case. Process was long, but that was mostly due to FCA. I had to repeatedly ask for an update because no one would get back to me.

Easy to work with and responsive. They actually return calls unlike some other law firms I have dealt with. It's never fun when you have to hire an attorney but they make the process as easy as possible.

Be careful with them, they charge for everything be aware the the idea the auto manufacturer is paying for the lawyer fees is a blurred line. You will get a settlement from the auto manufacturers and the will take monies out of it. You will be charged for every email and call because of poor staff communications. Make no mistake, they get the benefit of a % and fee base. Ie they can make you responsible for each phone call and email at a rate of 35 bucks. So, it’s in who’s interest to be ill informed? Poor communication. Deciding to contact the Bar for a breach in responsibility. BE AWARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES! My oppinion, I would be better informed. Just processing will be over information is over 1000.... you will pay it

Horrible all the way around. Also found out after much research of my own that the attorney that was appointed to my case isn't an attorney there at all. How you ask l, well I looked at my paper work and researched the attorney on my paperwork and called him myself and he was stumped and had no idea what I was talking about or who this law group is. He was never affiliated with them.......do your homework people

Great company to deal with to help you out when you have no clue what to do in a lemon law case

I contacted Lemon Law Group, at which time I was not even sure if I had a case. After a brief conversation with an associate at Lemon Law Group, I was assured I had a case which could be pursued. The legal team did all the work and they negotiated a very good settlement, and worked out the repairs, with the manufacturer. It never hurts to make a call, you may have a case which will allow you to get the wrong, corrected.

Although I feel that most one star reviews are unwarrenged, I feel I need to stop the next person from retaining this settlement factory. Retain literally anyone else. These people won’t take your call, take weeks to a month to return your email if at all (my last email was sent to them 28 days ago and still hasn’t been returned). If you do happen to get someone on the phone, they will act annoyed that you called, be extremely short with you and rude. The longest phone conversation I had with them was when I retained them and they have avoided my calls since. The negitive reviews here parallel my experience too well. They didn’t argue my case, they didn’t update me and they told me my settlement would be here in 4-6 weeks (lied and told me 2 weeks max when I signed up) and it’s been 8 weeks and no one knows where the check is. My case was settled on 9/26/18 and it’s nearly December and still haven’t received anything or an update I haven’t actively called to get and even then spoke to no one working on my case. Oh and they charged me several thousand dollars for their “work” on the case. Run very far away and get a local lawyer that will actually answer your questions, take your calls and keep you in the loop. These people are out for a large portion of your settlement and they make it pretty clear from how they deal with clients that’s all they want.

They made getting my settlement easy! They took care of all communication with the vehicle company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They helped me receive the maximum amount even though they got paid the same amount whatever i was offered. They didn't try to convince me to take a lower offer so they could do less work and make the same amount. Very impressed with all the employees I was in contact with. Highly recommend!

I can see they will answer to reviews but for some reason they will not call me or reply to the many emails I have sent. I sent them all my paper work they wanted and have not heard back since November. I only have so much time to get my lemon law case to the makers of this jeep and not knowing if they are even doing anything leaves me no choice but to hire a local attorney. I did some research and found they have a Virtual office in my city. I thought they were local thats why I went with them. Had I known they had a fake address I would have not gone with this outfit. I dont care what I signed, I have tried to communicate and get updates but I have not heard from them so that leaves me to believe they are not working on my case and I can't go to their office . Its where they have a pretend office for the sake of missouri which makes them have a physical address to do business in this state.They are deceptive and non responsive and i bet they answer this review. This group represented me with my Mazda claim. Just remember that no matter what the car company settles with, you still have to pay them $3000. if the car company settles with under $3000 you will be responsible for paying the rest to the attorney. you only win if the car company agrees to settle over $3000. in my case the attorney was the one that ended up winning because they got $3000 and wouldn't even consider at least splitting some of the cost to make the client happy. To be honest you will be better off hiring a different law firm that will at least work with you in splitting the cost if you are not happy with the outcome. This company refused to do that and just said that i signed a contract and it did clearly state that i had to pay them $3000 no matter what. other law firms i talked to stated that they could of at least split the cost to make the client happy because in the end I didn't really get anything, the attorneys did. So again i suggest you researching other law firms and ask before you sign anything, if they would at least split the cost if the outcome isn't favorable for the client. I'm sorry but if i ever have anymore issues with my Mazda i will not use this firm. sorry but that's my honest opinion.

Initially this was a great law firm to work with. The attorney communicated well, offered great advice and I also received a small settlement from the vehicle auto maker. I was told when they received the check from the auto vehicle auto maker that it would take two days to clear the bank and then they would mail a check. Lemon Law Group mailed paperwork from the automaker overnight for my signature so they could get their money, but when it was time to mail my check I was told it didn't cleared the bank and the check would be mailed regular USPS service with no tracking number once the check cleared their bank. I requested tracking and overnight delivery but, they refused. I replied right away to the paperwork that was overnighted to me and immediately sent it back over night to the automaker so that Lemon Law could receive their payment. When I requested the same service, they refused and they're holding the money to "clear the bank" when it's been over 3 days. I was called multiple times by Esther Vallejos, settlement coordinator asking if I had mailed the paperwork back to the auto maker to release the check. MULTIPLE TIMES. Once I completed this task I started receiving poor customer service from this Esther Vallejos. I'm very disappointed in the lack of courtesy they give their clients but, expect quick response on your end so, that they can quickly collect their money. They are very slow on clients payout and the customer service towards the end was poor. Definitely needs improvement.

They are the absolute worst!
I qualified under all the requirements, in the state of Florida, for a suit, but when Chrysler denied my claim, the Lemon low group, dropped my case.
I guess they only do slam dunk cases. WASTE of time.

Ada and the crew at LLGP handled my case with true professionalism. My case took quite some time to resolve but they always kept me in the loop and if I had any questions or needed anything they were always there. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Guys

The worst experience. I don’t not recommend this particular Law firm or at least not Rachel Cichowic. Rachel was the attorney of my case. Arrogant person she assumed I understand all terminology, my case was denied and she emailed to let me know I needed to pay 4,500 .
Actually this is what she emailed me “If you want to look into filing a breach of warranty claim we need your entire manufacturers warranty our fees to do so are 4500 we make a demand on opposing counsel to pay them”

I ask for her to call me because I needed to understand everything that was happening, she pretty much did not wanted to work on my case gave me a bunch of excuses now she is staying that i terminate the case.

All i ask for her to please explain what was the next step, I worked with Lemon Law Group Parteners PLC for 5 month now and I’ve provide everything they have requested , she is asking me for a warranty paper I already provide her 5 month ago to start the claim. Its seems to me that she dosent know what she is doing, she defines dosent know how to explain or talk to people.

I understand attorneys have a fee but i need to understand what the fees are. Im the client and the one willing to pay all you need to do its to take 10 minutes of your time and answer few simple question.

My advice to her was to simply take some time to explain with out assuming the client understand all terminology. She just kept on arguing instead of explaining what I needed.

Perhaps this firm its so big that losing a client dosent hurt them much, but i recommend to you not to used them save your self the trouble of finding a new attorney in the middle of your case.

I am nervous posting negative criticism of a lawyer.
Questions to ask before hiring a law firm.
1. This lawyer that is representing me, do they spend over 50% of their time on Lemon Law cases?
2. What is the hourly rate for all individuals and other fees that you charge for?
3. How many of your clients get the lemon vehicle repurchased by the manufacturer?
4. How many cases are settled before trial and how many cases has this lawyer tried in court in the past year?

This company is a bait-n-switch. In our experience, the lawyer assigned to us spends almost zero time each week on Lemon Law cases. Hasn't been to court for a lemon law case in years. It was near impossible to get the lawyer to read our case or to communicate with. The only person doing any work is a paralegal who's not allowed to answer questions.

This company forces clients into settling. I don't know how many of the settlements are for cash and how many include the vehicle buy back. If you are forced into settling for cash, this firm will demand $3k of that settlement. You are paying them with YOUR money. Ask for an itemized list. The contract was for hours spent, not emails ignored.

All of the bad jokes about lawyers, are about this firm.

Edit: Your Florida location and Michigan location are separate businesses. I have had interaction with staff at both businesses and therefore my comments for each location comply with Google's terms and conditions.

I am pleased that my husband and I chose to hire the Lemon Law Group. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a great experience working with Randy, a paralegal. I would highly recommend using their law firm. It took less than a year and we just finished our Arbitration and cannot wait to give our Lemon back to the Honda Dealership. Randy was always very polite and never hesitated to remind me, in a courteous way, as to what was expected and/or needed from me.

These people are only interested in getting paid. They will try to force you to take a settlement of which they will take half and if you choose to go to trial you will pay a fortune. This place is a scam and I should of spent more time doing research before I hired them. You will never speak to an attorney, only paralegals. I am looking into filing complaints against them. Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else.

Wonderful Law Group! I apologize for the misleading review! BEWARE! Hire a law group that is a lemon law attorney. This law group gives you a line of BS so you feel like you have a great team on your side. Sign the contract and the screwing begins. In short never was I able to speak to my attorney and when I looked him up he is a family law attorney does not even do lemon law cases here in SC! Be prepared to deal with incompetent paralegals that want you to take any settlement even if it put you in the hole. As for No FEE IF YOU WIN...that is a joke! They send you to the BBB ,(which by the way is something you can do yourself for free) and you will be doing all of the work! I have all emails and documents regarding the poor service I received and will be filing a complaint and grievance with the Florida and South Carolina state bar. As for my first review I was told the BBB deemed my car unsafe I was so excited when asked to put a good review online I did thinking I won. What a mistake that was! I finally did hear from my attorney after I said I was filing a complaint. After speaking to him he agreed that the service was poor and felt I did not owe a dime. He was going to talk to the LLG patners and get back to me . It has been 4 months and of course no response! This is a common practice for LLG. I was told the person that was working on my settlement was no longer working for Ford that is why we had no response... I called Ford and in fact he was still working for Ford and trying to get a hold of Amy but again no response!! I have all emails from Ford the dealership and Lemon Law this will be submitted to the bar. I sent emails to speak to my attorney never heard from him. However I sure did get a response when I sent an email regarding my complaint . That was over 6 months ago never herd back. Now I get an email asking for payment... again from a paralegal. I was one to be sucked into this and was unable to remove my review. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money do not use the Lemon Law Group of incompetent paralegals.

My lemon had very low miles was in the shop over 12 times and I only had it for a year when I hired the LLG. I wanted to fight Ford but was discouraged by the paralegals.

Contacted this firm, they agreed to take my case. I never spoke to an attorney and whenever I would ask questions I would only get the answer of each case is different. I sent an email asking questions before I signed a contract and never recieved a response. When you talk to the salesperson and read the website you are made to believe legal fees are covered by the manufacturer, which is not true because Florida lemon law goes through arbitration. I felt like the just want to get as many people to sign up so they can take there cut and were not about helping clients.

The attorneys at Lemmon Law Group are wonderful. My brand new vehicle was in the shop 6 times in the 1st year, needing 5 things replaced. The manufacturer was not willing to do anything. The attorneys negotiated a settlement .

This office was one of the worst experiences that I have ever dealt with regarding customer service. I had to go and get all my documents for them and provide them with information that should have been done by them. The paralegal Maritza and the Florida attorney Rachel Cichowic were the rudest individuals that have dealt with. Every question that I had was not answered or answered as if I were bothering them. There was a huge lack of communication with me by them and they would not contact me back until I spoke to the person in charge of customer service. Steve was very polite and only after they were advised that I was upset, is when Maritza and Rachel would contact me. The outcome of my case was sub par especially for a vehicle that has been in the shop for 60 business days for transmission issues. Unfortunately I’m obligated to pay this firm $3000!!! for approximately 5 emails to GM. Do not hire this firm to especially if you live in Florida because of the lack of service in which you will receive. The only good person I spoke to during the process was with Esther Vallejos which releases to settlements. She was very nice.
