Not reliable company!

I have a property in Hallandale and experienced a faulty title search that prevented the sale of my property. The company providing that service did nothing to help so I turned to Nerdinsky based on a referral. The team there stayed on this problem and dealt with all of the logistics required to cure the title problem so that I could close. It wasn’t easy tracking down the previous seller and getting him to execute a corrected agreements but Nerdinsky did this successfully and without delay. I deal with law firms all the time and this group is the best I’ve ever worked with. I use them for everything I have in south FL and would highly recommend Dina, Leonid and their team for real estate, condo law, business and other matters. 10/10!

I have a very bad experience dealing with them. They charged 200$ for a simple authorization of parental consent for travel abroad. When I made the payment I was promised that in case of any changes they will do it in a fast manner and free of charge! I found couple grammar and legal mistakes in the document that needed to be changed. For two weeks I was leaving messages, emails, trying to call to their office, but unsuccessful. Eventually, I went to another law office, paid this time only 100$ and get a perfect document I was looking for. Dina Nerdinsky has no skills and service quality turned out to be not even close to what I was promised. I simply couldn't reach her for two weeks! Even though she was in the office! Think twice before you go there!!
