Andrew Rier is a dispicable human being. Ive heard it before and didnt want to believe it. Ive witnessed it myself. There are two other attorney's in the office that actually do care and provide excellent service, unfortunately Andrew Rier is not one of them. Andrew Rier looks at the black community as weak, troublesome and an easy check. He doesnt think black people are good for anything other than trouble. His entire staff is white and spanish. All he cares about is the money and the credit, not the people. He is a lazy con artist and a predator that has built a firm off of lies and deceit. Apart from the many people he has disrespected in several ways, I witnessed it myself. I went to his office with a friend of mines and after promising everything under the sun and begging to be hired immediately, he called one of his assistants in saying, "if you hire, you also get her". He was selling his staff just to be hired on the spot. The girl looked uneasy. He told her to spin around, to show my buddy just exactly what he was getting, and the assistant looked at him disgusted. When leaving, I asked the girl why did she accept that and she simply said to pay the bills. I was disgusted. Since then, Rier's office has called everyday begging to be hired. He has no respect for anyone seems like. The rumors aren't a lie, they are all true. Andrew Rier should not be practicing law or defending anyone with this behavior.

I have hired Mr. Rier for a previous case that required mandatory prison time but with his experience I had the charges dropped without even going to court. Its true he's very busy but I doubt there are any other attorneys available that can operate with the same expertise. GO SEE HIM!

Used him for a family member. I wasn't impressed although he has somewhat of a good reputation. First thing he's extremely busy and will rush you off the phone. You have to be on top of him for everything. Even to go visit his client to keep them updated. Second, his assistant is incompetent. He does not return calls or emails you have to get aggressive to get a response. I felt once the money was paid he did the minimum. Third, he acts as if he really cares about his client and tries to empathize but it's all bs. Good luck he's a reputable lawyer so he can be useful but I wasn't satisfied.

The worst lawyer. This lawyer doesn't care if you're innocent. Just cares about squeezing your last dime out of you. Prolongs the case to squeeze more money out of you. Makes the simplest paperwork, seem out of this world. Time is money for this man, the longer, the more money you pay. With no results. Just thousands of dollars to a man who cares nothing about you or your family. Trust me, look into another lawyer. I hope you take my advice, better than saying, damn, I should of listened and looked into another lawyer. You will not see your kids, or go to prison. And that's what happened to me. Went to prison, $26,000 paid and still went to prison. $3,650 and he was giving me the run around about paperwork to be able to see my kids. Like the paperwork was out of this world. I fire him and did my own paperwork, less then a month I was with my kids. He will try to talk a good one, but then say this and that. With no results, just more time, more bs, and all of your money. He does not care about you, or your kids. You will lose your case or take a plea, or lose your kids. PS. He goes to avvo rate and reports anything that says the truth about him and his firm so they can remove it and keep up the lies that his firm puts up,and calls clients to give him a good review. But they didn't. So he reported them to have them removed. So don't believe avvo rate.

He is the best attorney! He delivered on all of his promises and came to my rescue at the last minute. He's got a wall of fame of all cases he and his team have won and they offer the best support.
