Honestly, I went to many immigration consultancies to enquire about the USA visa immigration process. Some lacked confidence and knowledge about the immigration process while others were too casual. Later, my friend suggested me to take the advice of Caro – the immigration lawyer and she provided me the best solution to my issue.

These other reviews have simply have got to be fake.
They scammed me out of thousands of dollars which they are refusing to pay me back. I now have to start my immigration process from scratch again.
When it comes to such a huge life changing things such as your immigration status do not trust this office. They will lie and lie and lie. They never return phone calls or emails and if you ever challenge them on a lie, they will only deliberately hurt your case.

This woman needs to be reported and struck off from practicing law! Such a lying scam artist!

My friend was stressing out due to a visa his company got issued for him and his wife, as after 6 months in the US things went south and the guy was talking about firing him. BEWARE. While I live in NY, my Green Card bearing (Irish)spouse has been working in Palm Beach, and so when I was going to be in the area visiting him we rang the office for an appointment several weeks in advance to discuss the process of his obtaining citizenship ASAP. The immediate response was that there were no face-to-face appointments available, but that we could book a phone consultation to occur in two days. I thought this odd, but went ahead and completed the online form, requesting an appointment for 5PM or after, and providing credit card information--which I really thought odd. Being Irish--as is Karo--I figured surely they're not going to rip me off. Very shortly afterwards, we were booked for a phone conference at 12:30PM [not possible and not as requested]. And informed that my CC had been charged. A series of aggravating phone calls followed, neither of which was resulted in our getting an appointment at a suitable time. It then took over ten days to receive a refund to my CC account. Shabby, amateurish, wholly ineffective concern.

UPDATE: Just today I lodged a dispute with my credit card bank, as I have not received a credit after three weeks. I had stipulated on the appointment form my own limited availability, not afterwards. Finally, this is the first I've heard that the lawyer was out of the country. So not only is the firm shabby, amateurish and wholly ineffective; they are deceptive.

Caro has been my lawyer ever since I decided that I was moving to the US. My friend used her and he said she was great and would help me proceed from my visa to the green card and citizenship with no problem. I found her team very flexible, kind and competent. She made me you feel like this is easy and she is always on top of it.

She gave us a very detailed consultation on the phone but I wanted to just speak to her and meet her in person before I trusted her with my case so I met up with her in Dublin. She is very knowledgeable my Husband and I were impressed, we'd talked to a few other attorneys but none knew half as much as Caro. Strongly recommended.

I heard nothing but great things about this law firm. What I encounter this week was Very rude and unprofessional, was rescheduled twice in one week. When I ask why, I was told By Rebekah K I have a free 30 min consulting and I should be happy about that and more flexible about my time. Also she stated she will be more then happy to cancel our appointment if this was an issue instead of her fixing the problem. Was never told in writing or promotional advertising about anything being flexible about time. Also informed her my fiancé took time off work so we could settle these issues, and again there was no empathy regarding our issue. Now if I had a choice to pay this law firm or choose to go else where, the else where will definitely be taken into consideration being how I was treated and felt like my business wasn't valuable. I will be writing this into David ATL where I found out about this business in the first place, and letting them know about the unprofessional service we received.
