Nelson Pena P.A. Is a Cuban American Attorney for hire. He’s not just a vary bad attorney but also a very bad human being. Zero ethics and zero morals and should be disbarred. He talks the talk and wants you to pay thousands up front. And a day before court he will call you and ask for more money out of the blue and mind you this is only the Arraignment, smh. His assistant or his wife/girlfriend or whatever she is, helps to assist in his crimes, I feel bad for her. Its obvious shes not happy with the way he conducts his business. If it looks like a snake and moves like a snakes, well u know the rest. Shows up to court unprepared and poorly dressed. He literally doesn’t take his clients or his duty as a lawyer seriously. a lot of other attorneys seem to know his modus operandi. And from what’s being said they are not laughing with him.
