Attorney's knowledge of the law is embarrassing. Jon B. Lindeman, Jr. believes sending an email with a letterhead on it makes it correct when a simple google search will tell you more about the law. He is currently trying to back out of an all cash deal that is closing in less than a week.

My parents have been using Advocate Law Groups of Florida for years now. With a monthly cost of over $500.00 to try and modify my parents loan. Our house has been on foreclosure for quite some time now and all we ever did was send in documents. The lack of communication has been ridiculous!!! You call them and no answer. They never call you back and wont even respond to your emails. Unless of course, there was a problem with them receiving their monthly payment from you. Just this week, they requested more documents (which we sent) and received a call that same day saying that our home was going up for auction the very next day. I sat there and watched as the auction took place online and saw it get sold to a third party bidder. We have emailed and called them every day since then and no response. How is that possible??? How is it possible that your attorney hasn't even contacted you to let you know your home is no longer yours?! We lost our home that we've lived in for more than 15 years. It is truly heartbreaking. PLEASE DO NOT hire this firm!!!! You will regret it as we have. Its in Gods hands now.
They will not be there to support you. They don't even deserve one star.

Worst law office. After 27 months of legal misrepresentation. $19,400.00 PAID IN LEGAL FEES. My home went into final judgment foreclosure. The Loan Modification have been mishandled by this legal office that change staff frequently and the only thing they do is to call you if they are unable to collect the monthly fees. Never will be able to speak with an attorney until for sure your foreclosure heaing is set and they call you to let you know they made a negotiation to stay in home 4 months to give you enough time to move out.
This is scam and soon the Florida Bar will need to establish an investigation to look into the wrong doings. Do your self a favor DO NOT HIRE ADVOCATE LAW GROUP.

My father has been trying to get a loan modification for the last year and a half and nothing has happened. we keep getting the run around and my father has paid over $4000.00 and nothing has been done and we have to call numerous times just to get in touch with someone. The only time we get a call from this company is when they want a payment. We decided to go to another law firm and it is just sad that my father just lost over $4000.00 to this law firm and what's even worst, we know we lost that money. we have other friends that did the same thing and they didn't even spend more than $600 to $1200. We haven't paid this law firm in over four months and we still haven't heard from them....We regret using this law firm very much.
