I highly recommend David Braun. We met with him in his Pembroke Pines office. He was very fair with my wife and I and worked with our payments to help us as we went through a very hard time emotionally and financially. He took calls from my wife and I and texts. As one family man to another I really appreciated all the time, care and much consideration that he and his firm gave to us. He is extremely attentive and good at what he does. They even worked on a holiday to accommodate our work schedule. David's hard work paid off as he got my case resolved without me having to pay a fine. Just got back from Court with David. Give you a little background. My boss was driving me home and we got pulled over for a headlight. Cops ran my name and said I had a warrant...NO BOND. Turns out it was some investigation from a couple years ago that I had no idea about. So I got arrested in COLLIER COUNTY. My boss called David. He went into Broward Court the same day on the new case. My case was not even on the docket, David convinced the Judge to hear it anyway. Then David Convinced the Judge to give me a bond. Then he got a Bondsman that as a favor to David paid the bond without even being paid by us and got me out. Because I was still in Collier I was ordered to appear before the Judge the following Friday which is Today to be arraigned. David and I walk in and the Judge says, “the paperwork wasn’t processed and he’s gotta go back into custody.” I was FREAKIN OUT. This was at 8:30am. David immediately went into action. I saw him writing papers, meeting with the BSO Deputy. Then he called the Bondsman and met with all the people together to try and find a solution. I saw David fight for me BIG TIME. Almost 4 hours later David convinced the Judge to let me leave and go home for the weekend. He got all the orders signed by the Judge and explained them to me and told me to have them on me at all times until next weeks hearing. I’m out for the weekend and SOOOO THANKFUL TO DAVID.

David was referred to me from a fellow successful Fort Lauderdale businessman about a year ago. When I met with David I was charged with two criminal cases as well as an permanent injunction against me for dating violence put on me by a jealous guy that was trying to get with my girl. I felt like I was going to lose everything and then I hired David. David took and still takes my calls at all hours, legal holidays, religious holidays. I’ve paid him, but not enough for what he has done for me. David took it personal, David rose above all of it, got ALL MY CASES DIMISSED. Got the permanent injunction reversed in my favor and got me an injunction on the other guy. I’ve hired him since for civil cases and he’s been great!

One of the most horrific experiences of my life was hiring this attorney who’s lack of communication and unprofessionalism made an already terrible situation just that much worst. Had to wait days to receive a response, took my money and never even sent me a retainer or letter of engagement. Mislead me and my husband on how he would be handling our case, sent me some very disrespectful texts, waited until the last minute to file anything on the case and to make matters worst filed with the court a therapist report and didn’t even bother to seal it!, PUBLIC RECORDS!! For the whole world to see. This goes to show that any idiot with a law degree can call themselves an attorney... DO NOY USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!

David Braun is far more then just an exemplary attorney, he is also one of the kindest, caring, most respectable people I know. When I walked into his office and met him I was scared and I felt hopeless. He promised me I wasn't alone and he would get me through it. He went out of his way to bring me papers when I was working and he spoke for hours to me on the phone when he wasn't being payed. He is not after your money like the women before me mentioned. David is an attorney who is set out to help people in sticky situations. 3 Years later and he is still their for me. Dont go to him! He tried to use us as a ego booster for himself and ended up saying he didnt feel like he was fit for our case due to the lack of experience A YEAR LATER ON THE VERY DAY OF TRIAL and walked away with $30,000.00 for which he was paid to go to trial.
Nope he walked out and ran with the money did not even give us back half!!!
He is a white collard criminal and very unethical, he was all in giggles and flirtacious with our prosecutor!! Worst part is he knew we were innocent and did not care! Took our family savings and walked out like a little bit h with no regards to what our family was going through.

Just returned from my court, and got to the computer to say thanks and leave my comments about David Braun.
In 2010 I was charged with Aggravated Battery(felony, max sentence 15 yrs in prison). Honestly, I had nothing to do with an incident, I was just in a wrong time, in a wrong place. This was a main goal for David - to prove, that I had nothing to do with it. He did it in a very professional manner, and always remembering to make sure my interests are defended. David Professionally prepared himself for deposition, which (i think) played main role in finilizing this case. In short, from Aggravated Battery(felony) charge was changed to Disorderly Conduct(misdemeanor). I agreed on this myself, just to finilize it already, but I`m sure Dave would be able to go to trial and prove my innosence. But this would take more time again.
Dedicated respect he deserves for not trying to convince me to accept 9 month probation, which was offered first.
I told him: "Look Dave, I didn't do nothing in that accident, and probation, I`m sorry, is not something I will accept. Then lets got to trial."
Dave Answered me "OK, I understand you. Let me see what I can do." ... and he didn't even think of convincing me to accept it. Big respect for that.

Communication: Was very easy to communicate, and from the first day Dave told me: "I`m here for you 24/7". Of course I didn't call him at nights, but I did bother him sometimes on Sundays:-) lol.... and he always picked up the phone.

Recommend? Yes. If you are looking for a honest lawyer who will be always defending your interests.

Will I use him again? Well, I hope I won't need...:)... but, I remember his phone, because its very easy combination of numbers;)
