My wife and I had a financial situation where we were served a subpoena to appear in court. We contacted Mr. Cargill, and from the first office visit to his last representation of us, he was on top of all the things that needed to be done. From filing motions in court, to negotiating a deal with the other attorney, Mr. Cargill had our best interest in mind. He negotiated a very fair settlement for us. I would use him again for any legal matter that might arise.

Andrew helped me applying for my green card.I married an American citizen and wanted my status changed to permanent resident.
I was referred by an acquaintance that spoke highly of him.
He is on top of things and follows through everything he says.
I prepared most of my documents in advance, so he didn't have to start from scratch with me.
He reviewed them carefully and filled in where necessary. He provided me useful information, made sure no mistakes were made and prepared me for the interview.
I was approved a GC. The process took about 10 months, counting from the l application date sent in the mail to the USCIS.
Andrew is a professional immigration lawyer with experience in the field.
It isn't cheap, but I think it is worth the money.
Applying for a green card isn't cheap either.
I wanted to make sure I had to do it only once.
It worked.
