This practice is HORRIBLE... THIER RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME HOW ITS NOT HER FAULT I DONT PAY MY BILLS... SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT SITUATION IM AND THEN SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME HER NAME... IVE CALLED THE PRACTICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEFY MESSAGE AND MR.DELGADO (RICHARD) CAN NEVER RETURN MY CALLS . IM CURRENTLY DOING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THIS ATTORNEY AND HIS PRACTICES. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE... SHE HAS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATS SO EVER.
