A very unfair attorney

Solangel helped my boyfriend and I with our divorces. My boyfriends case was a lot more complicated because of custody of the children. Before the Judge could make a decision he wanted him and his children to go to Reunification meetings. Once the report was ready and he finished the meetings he went to Solangel office and sat with her, he handed her the report and paid for a motion. This was a year ago this month and nothing has happened , no motion, no reply to emails, no calls no custody, nothing. He hasent seen his children in 2 years. Now the ex wife has left the state AGAIN and gone to Indiana leaving the oldest daughter abandoned. We also dont know where the other 2 children are. We have called Solangel office and get the run around from her Secretary Virginia . If she chooses not to represent my boyfriend anymore I wish they would just tell us. Again, we were very happy with her services until everything came to a stop. Unfortunately, the only ones that are suffering are the children, its very sad. I really like Solangel and I feel very sad that i have to write this review but i have sent her emails and no response. When we call the office im told they are busy or that our file is on her desk. Well its been a year since the file is on her desk, I dont know if its personal, or we did something wrong. I have no idea why.. we are so very sad and un happy. Yes, you won our case but you didn't finish it either. There is a good father who has been through the ringer with this situation and he put all his trust in you. Its very disappointing.

Very poor service, no work ethic at all, I feel so disappointed so upset and so disrespected by this people its just insane. I went to their office more than a month ago to file for a petition to relocation for my wife’s child and we wanted to move before school starts because then it makes it difficult for the judge to approve and then we would have to wait till the end of the school year and they promised us that they would have all the paper work ready in about a week. I called then in about a week or so and they were on vacation for 7 days without any notice or letter from then. Well to make story short it has been about a month or so trying to reach this people and they are never there, always an excuse, i’ve been leaving messages with their assistant and they never called me back never. Up to this date i called for a full refund which they will be doing supposedly because they haven’t done anything, they don’t even have a case number because they never filed it and its been so stressful for me and my wife because we trusted in their service and were relying on them. Now, we lost more than a month to solve our issue thanks to this people. Honestly don’t go there. What they did to us it’s unbelievable.

I started working with Ms. Solangel since 2007 for a divorce matters, after my ex wife took my 4 years old daughter and moved back to Peru WITHOUT letting me know about it. The case was fast with acceptable cost in comparison with other family lawyers with so many years of experience.
Then after many years of my daughter living separated from me because of what the mother did, the mother decided to move back to south Florida with my daughter and not only that, as soon as she came here, she opened a case in the family court asking for child support in a fight terms, knowing that i was sending money every months for my daughter expences (i still have ALL the Western Union money transfers receipts for all those years).
