I got a ticket for failure to . I was so
upset because I saw the police car there parked right in front me as I was approaching the stop sign, so when I saw lights behind me I didn’t know why. I was furious! I got home, determined to fight this! I have never fought a ticket before, the 2 times I got a speeding ticket, I knew I was speeding, I just took the course and paid the fine. But no way I was doing that for something I knew I wasn’t guilty of!!!
After scouring the internet and contacting a few ticket defense attorneys by email, Harry Hausman was the first to respond. He was straight forward and didn’t make any promises of dismissal although he had a great track record of dismissals. I thanked him for getting back to me so promptly and that I wanted to shop around a little before hastily hiring the first person who called me as I had just gotten the ticket only 3 hours earlier. Well I spoke to a few others and I felt like just another case. I decided Mr. Hausman was the way to go but Unfortunately funds were low and I had to pay important bills first. I figured I had 30 days so I pinned it to my cork board to deal with at a later time. I ended up missing the 30 day deadline by a 4 days so unfortunately his fee was a little higher now than the original quote. I got the ticket August 15, Hired him September 19, today I got his email letting me know IT WAS DISMISSED!!!

I used Pines Ticket Defense for 3 tickets that were over two years old. One was a speeding ticket, the other was for no proof of insurance, and the third was a red light camera ticket. To make matters worse, I have an out-of-state license which made my case a little challenging.They were able to get all 3 tickets dismissed! I had to pay a small court fee for the red light camera ticket which was way less than the original ticket. The receptionist is excellent and every time I called, the attorney was more than happy to speak to me and give me updates about my case. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
