Good at finding ways to use all of the retainer money fast to give you just a tiny solution to the problem but quick to ask for more money to continue on. When I asked her for the summary of what I needed she sent me a whole book just listing references on a webpage difficult to understand. This was probably to make sure that I pay more money if I wanted to continue on.

Specific examples include: Credit Card processing fraud (duplicates card processing from initial retainer to again on invoices against the retainer already charged--we paid 600.00 for what was suppose to be a 4% credit card fee on a 7500 retainer), ignores time limitations by client, paying 475.00 (attorney rate) for all jobs including downloading and filing documents, invoices hours prior to engagement period for discussing engagement, bills for reviewing files when no review took place as evidenced by her own admission and knowledge during a conference call, "pads time" on conference calls, duplication billing, (we were invoiced for "call" on two separate line items when one call only took place. Working now with FCC, ABA and Florida to make sure this does not happen again to anyone.
