I came to this office trusting these reviews and trusting some people that I knew at the time, I needed advice since I was relatively new in MIAMI.

I'm VERY pleased and VERY grateful with the outcome of my situation, this is a dream team and are professionals with more than 40 years of experience and will advise nothing but the best options to you, my situation was very delicate after I discovered some disturbing situations in my marriage and with my wife that led me to run out of the house even though I still had the condition on my green card, hopeless I came to this office and like I said they presented the best options to me, options that I would never considered myself simply cause I'm not (not even close) an expert on immigration procedures, this is the reason why is so important to have lawyers of this high caliber to advice and represent you. I went to the office, he understood my situation and advised, I was divorced in about 2 months later (like I said, for some reason divorcing WITH a condition on my green card did not seemed to be the best option, but they deal with this cases on a regular basis and as any human being we try to predict what can happen even though I DID NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THESE PROCEDURES), they presented my situation to USCIS and formalized everything, they were on top of my case without me doing anything, they kept track of responses dates from USCIS so USCIS can be held accountable in case that they do not respond on a stablished time frame.

My mother and I went to visit Mr. Michael Murray after an extremely disappointing experience with Eduardo Soto P.A.

We had a very sensitive case as my mother had a order of removal (deportation) against her for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. As the case was extremely difficult, we initiated the services with Eduardo Soto, during the course of nearly 2 years, we experienced the absolute worst type of advice, nothing was ever presented on time, documents were not sent/ filled due to insane turnover of paralegals, I would call their office to a rude receptionist whom would keep on hold for 45 minutes to tell me that the Lawyer in charge of my case was fired and that our case was being handled by a new attorney. Not only were they highly unprofessional, they were extremely expensive and over charged us nearly of 50% above what Mr. Murray was offering. Worst part was when our “new” Attorney came in to place, we met with her and she had no idea what was going on until we explained in detail…. You can imagine the stress we went through after spending nearly 15K to have them represent our case?

When our trial came to place, we decided that we no longer felt confident that Eduardo Soto PA had the knowledge and skillset to represent us after so many setbacks and disappointments. That was when Tatiane Silva (Immigration Lawyer for Mr. Michael Murray) recommended us to come in and visit for a consultation. When doing so, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Murray and was told that we could handle the case in a different approach – allowing the judge order to grant my mothers case and not having to file to the green card through the USCIS. This option was incredible as it allowed the process to be expedited in 3 weeks instead of 6 months to 1 year with the help of Mr. Murray and Mrs. Silva, what a great duo of Lawyers!

They were very professional and passionate about completing our case assuring us all the way that things was going to be ok.
