He will take your money and will tell you everything is fine to have the case settled in the prosecutions favor 100% of the time the only good deal he will get you if you cooperate with the prosecutor for a guilty plea he doesn't care about you or you're case he just cares about the $$$$$$ he's taking away from you I hired him back in 2008 and got a guilty plea didn't even contest my case and also hired him one more time after that didn't even show up to my hearings just took my $$$ I had to hire another attorney which is very good to deal with my case after months of him doing nothing for my case I suggest you never hire him not even for a ticket and all those good reviews of him are fake there his friends doing that so he can rob you and like that other review said on top he will just play with your case to steal more money from you don't hire this guy he's professional certified licensed crook in the state of fl .... hope this helps innocent ppl from getting robbed by this criminal organization

I was charged with conspiracy to traffic Cocaine more than 5 kilos... I was facing 15 year mandatory.. frank came highly recommended plus I seen him on TV so when he came to see me I felt relief that I had a lawyer that was ready to fight for me.. my bond was at 300+ k and he got it reduced to 100k.. Frank gaviria is a very good attorney. He very professional at his work .I was in a case that I had a city job was hung meaning ,that I thought they were gonna fire me . I spoke to Frank he told me give me the case I'll fight it .I gave him the case I was neverous the day of the court trail . I had two charges against me . Both were drop one was a misdemeanor and the other was a citation 1. False reporting ,2 reckless driving . He explain to me how everything work he show up on time to court ,he spoke to me before the hearing .case was dismissed no point on my license ,and no criminal record on my name . Nor traffic school. I'll have to say he his the best I was refer by another attorney at law.

Horrible is the worst lawyer that you can hire. Charges you next to nothing so he doesnt have to do any work gets on your case just so you can become an informant and gets good with the state to get them what they want not what you want even if your innocent.
