A highly corrupted law office who often colluded with the employers,phony mediators, and corrupt judges for the sole purpose of benefiting from blue collar workers who have no understanding of the law. Those lawyers use several unfair tactics to force those regular working individuals to sign unfair settlements while getting bribes from the employers being sued. Very disgraceful. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

The worst ever to get a update it’s. A mission to speak to someone. They never answer the calls or respond back. Took them almost 4 month and still didn’t send out the law suit I had I eventually canceled everything. Still did t get a answer back. They wanted me to leave a good review on google the first day I went to there office I was like how is that possible u guys haven’t don’t anything yet. Big waste of time. This firm takes on most cases and settles fast. That's how they work - with a large volume of mostly blue collar cases. Support staff's written and spoken communication ability really came into question at all times and their attorney was more consumed with his pugilist self-defense hobby than defending me. That same attorney told me that it was his job to tell people that this did not pay; and it really doesn't (in Florida at least). The system is set up to pay you a fraction of what you've lost in wages and for the time you were out of a job - not pain and suffering or other things you might have imagined. Then there are fees that you will incur and that they will not tell you about till the end. You must also pay taxes on whatever you win and THEIR portion as well. That's right, you will pay their taxes. That's true when you earn damages from your employer. There were numbers tossed around in my mediation and they wound up settling for ten percent of the lowest number. When it was all said and done the whole thing wound up COSTING ME money. And not to mention time and stress as it dragged on for years keeping me tied to my ex employer in some form or another. Even though the process will cause stress to those who wronged you, it will cause you stress as well, the creation of a searchable permanent record, lost time and in my case lost money as well.

Excellent will recommend if you're boss refused to pay your wages they will get you the money back like they did for me!

HORRIBLE SERVICES. My daughter used to work for this firm for a year and a half and so when she learned about the discrimination I was subjected to in my workplace, she recommended I open a case with this firm. They accepted my case and began the process. A couple months went by and I experienced more discrimination and wrongful termination in the workplace, I then tried to get in contact with Mr. Georges-Pierre to further explain and give more information on what was happening. I called about 5-10 times in one week and each time I was put on hold forever, hung up on, or was told the assistant was not available and would give me a call back. Point is, I never got to speak to anyone. Eventually, I decided I would go into the office personally to drop off some documents and hopefully get an appointment. Instead, I was in the office for 3 hours with no help until my daughter texted one of her ex-coworkers and asked what was going on. Quickly after she did this, they gave me an appointment for a month from that day and sent me on my way without collecting the documents or anything else. About a week later, my case was dropped for absolutely no reason at all. I trusted in this firm to help me and my case and instead they made a mockery of me because of a simple text message my daughter sent. This firm does NOT CARE and would rather drop a good case for PERSONAL reasons. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Since we couldn't get any witnesses to testified in our favor, Peter and his team was able to get me some compensation that it was better than nothing at all and we didn't have to go court. Only thing is that you need to be on top of them to provide status on the case but they always respond, just be a little patient. I will definitely recommend them.

I recently used RGP for a legal issue. Something I can honestly say I never thought I would do. I am glad I picked their team as things came out fair. Max and Anthony are extremely knowledgeable, and great to work with.

My experience thus far after four months of RGP Attorneys sitting on my wife’s case is Communication or lack of update on where things are with their Clients’ cases. Calling is no help either. I am telling my wife to go to the Florida Bar and report my wife isn’t buying that. Sounds to me like the firm is overloaded on caseload or taking in more cases than there’s staff to handle. Again that’s what I am thinking and telling my wife but she’s on the contrary. I could be wrong. Still waiting to see how they handle my wife’s pending case. Stay tune for honest update.
