I recently had the opportunity of witnessing David Markus, his partner, Margo Moss, and his associate Todd Yoder successfully defend a case, in the Middle District of Florida.

As I reflect on the trial itself, and without diminishing the efforts of the government’s attorneys, David and his team were, in a word, amazing!!! Every argument / piece of evidence / testimony presented by the government, was surgically dissected, and discredited, in terms of the charges, during the cross examinations. David and his team were extremely well prepared, and presented their arguments in ways that engaged the jury, as well as the judge. I can’t begin to attest to my knowledge of the Law and past cases, but I don’t think Rule 29 is enforced very often.
