Shady firm. Do not do business with them. Tried to coerce my mother into a class action lawsuit in which they intend to make a bunch of money and leave her with fees. When I reached out to clarify the contract, Matias Dorta refused to speak to me on a recorded line.

As a fellow lawyer, I can say without a doubt that Gonzalo Dorta is one of the best lawyers you’ll find. Not only is he highly respected in the legal community, but he is an expert in his field and genuinely cares about helping people that have been harmed, often by large corporations. The people of South Florida are truly lucky to have him on our side protecting us all and I couldn’t recommend him more.
this is the fine gent that wants a class action certified because FPL and thousands of other utilities from each of the 50 states are not supplying power fast enough for he and his other attorney cronies that signed on as counsel........sad day in my own personal view but we do know that if you overtrun enough rocks and boulders you are bound to find a few lowly snakes willing to file the most moronic frivilous suit that money can buy.....they forget that it aint just flipping a few switches-------what about getting to a scene and reviewing it and clearing all the trees and debris so as to be permitted to work on the power lines/ this is your classic shoot from the hip example of two less than stellar barristers conjuring up some publicity seeking attempt to force numerous issues at the time of utter sadness and sorrow and disaster in the lives and homes of millions here and elsewhere------and this tarnished the values of good lawyers who know this is the ultimate in a suit with little or no merit as a tough jurist will hopefully find and soon--then let us have these fine(sic) examples of legal practitioners sanctioned deep into their own pockets for each and every dime expended by FPL and various asundry other defendants for the need to now defend a publicity gatherer rather than a serious valid civil action/the Florida Bar needs to review conduct such as this for clogging the courts with trash and garbage/dmaa 17
