I highly recommend Mr. Poe to anyone looking for a great lawyer to solve their needs. I visited seven lawyers before working with Mr. Poe and decided to go meet him based on a great referral from a friend. He was everything I was told to be. Since day one to six years later when my case closed, his services were excellent. The legal assistant ( Priscilla and Jenny)and office manager Carlos Hernandez, are also very pleasant to work with, always ready to help and very professional. Mr. Poe was a true blessing in my case and I am so grateful for all of his effort and dedication.

Have been working with them for several months now and very happy - The entire staff is well trained and super helpful. I also noticed how amazingly organized they are and they are familiar with your case as soon as they hear your name which is very comforting (or I call too much :o)

Mr. Poe and Carlos and easily accessible and certainly know what they are doing. I am relieved I made the correct choice in law firms (it isn't like a have a history of good choices :o) but this one is perfect!

Mr Poe followed thru and got the end conclusion successfully for my chapter 7 and chapter 13, During chapter 7. I was going through the loss of my dad. I don't know what I would have done if Mr. Poe wasn't there for me. Never got any negative response even when he wasn't there, Carlos and other personnel were always there to assist.
Then,with chapter 13 I was facing the most difficult time of my life trying to beat this horrible sickness of Breast Cancer,. Again thanks to Mr Poe and Carlos I was able to focus and get better while they helped me safe my house. You must keep in contact on line & question all steps along the way for unknown requirements to avoid last minute surprises , he is just an attorney not your secretary. Thank you again, after 2 years I am able to stay i my house a raise my daughter in the house I almost lost if it wasn't for Mr. Poe.
