No stars. This unprofessional ego-maniac Attorney called me without prior knowledge. He rattled off his name is warp speed that I now in retrospect believe he is actually on speed. He failed to properly conduct a phone conversation in a professional manner, and he ramped that up when I told him it wasn't a good time. He tried to verbally steam-roll me and dominate the conversation. Again, he caught me at a really bad time which I expressed immediately, and secondly he had verbal diarrhea. This now explains why the staff at my apartment community mis-treat long time residents that pay ALLLLL their free salaries - including this unprofessional so-called attorney. Free salaries? Why do I say that because staff are always caught unaware that a resident, or a shopper, has entered the office just standing there for about 5 minutes watching them on social media. How do I know it's social media, because facial expressions speak volumes. THE DISRESPECT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY ATTITUDE FROM THE TOP DOWN, IS DISGUSTING!!. In my later years of life I am still astounded that these attitudes are decision-makers in large corporate life.

The apartment complex pocketed most of my deposit for "cleaning" even though I left the unit in beautiful condition. I filed a formal complaint with the county, so this law firm sent me a letter with a long list of "filthy" items to justify what they did -- the list invented after the fact, completely imaginary.

Horrible customer service. Rebecca is full of lies. Howard uses verbal assault and intimidation tactics to get a specified result. Horrible people to deal with.

I received a threatening letter from Kristine Sawyers that was full of lies; If you want a lying lawyer that will do anything you want them to as long as you pay them, this is the firm you want!

Very RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL the simple fact that I was ignored and talked down to is unacceptable I attempted to bring it to their attention the condition of my apartment that I have pay $1,354.00 monthly for an apartment that's falling apart and for me overpaying for light which I pay for through my checking automatically with FPL and have yet to be reimbursed by the WINSTONS there's never any staff in the leasing office and the repair work they do is HORRIBLE

Files false evictions with false 3 day notices that were never received by the tenant.

I am a United States Marine who proudly served my country and also discharged with honors. This law office can have a care in the world about someones family regardless of any hardship or considerations. I was put out on the street for being one month behind on rent. I even wrote a statement to the landlord hoping for understanding. Instead I was evicted without a care in the world, a veteran with a family put out on the street with no help. Thanks to Kenneth Lowenhaupt Law offices I am no longer a tenant of this no care for people only money organization and am very happy to actually find a landlord who really cares for his tenants and not their money.

Do not park in his parking spaces ,instead of warning you,he will call a tow truck company and have your vehicle towed away,no ethics or consideration from this office and my wife had just had been operated
