Called this guy many times over a few weeks. Spoke to a receptionist a couple times. Constantly told I'd get a callback. Never happened. Then told he was consulting with another attorney and I'd get a callback when he was done consulting. Called again, weeks later, told I was I sent an email denying my case, without ever having spoken to the attorney, or being given a chance to turn over evidence of my claim. Evidence I told them I had.

The attorney should have returned calls and viewed evidence. He did neither.
