Mark Jones is a most talented attorney who does things both with Social Security and US Military (Vets) Claims. Mark and his secretary and despite being a small firm can get things done and has worked with both my VA and my SSI claims. He can get records that no one else can get. Our family ultimately fired Mr. Jones. We called his office numerous times and waited weeks for a return call. When we did get a call, it was his assistant. We got my husband's paperwork for their office three times. The same paperwork three different times because they never could find it after their office received it. The new attorney I hired called us 4 times in the first week and just won our case. Mark Jones had us as clients for at least 2 years. The new lawyer, not even 6 months!

He did his job for one of my husbands claims but made a mistake for one claim costing us back pay. As for VA he did well in the past but recently cannot get ahold of his office which we have had problems in the past. Seems we can go weeks with leaving messages and no response. Need paperwork sent to us his office said it would still waiting weeks later. My biggest complaint is that his office takes weeks to get back to you, communication is something of a problem and with VA it can cost you.

When you need a lawyer in a certain venue such as a disability claim this is the office one should make an appointment with. His staff of one, Stephanie is a star. she makes sure your informed. Call her at anytime during office hrs and she will have a answer for you. I'm giving this office a 5 star.
