This office was kind enough to fit us in at a almost a moment's notice to have some house sale docs notarized. They were beyond professional and even though were clearly very busy they still handled our business with professionalism and grace. HIGHLY recommend

I hired Gerry Gordon in Nov/2018 to processs the paperwork for the sale of my Fathers condo in Osoyoos. My Father was passing away due to Cancer so I handled all his financing. My Father passed away Dec 3/2018. The condo sale possession date was Jan 9/2019, so I paid the condo fees in full for Jan/2019. When the sale went through on Jan 9/2019, and the proceeds (net of Gerry and realtor fees) were deposited in my late Fathers bank account, Gerry deducted payment for the Jan/2019 condo fees for $324.10 in full. When I emailed Gerry that I had already paid the Jan/2019 condo fees, he replied and said once the condo management confirms my payment has cleared, he would then reimburse me for his deduction in full. My payment to the condo board cleared in early Jan/2019. Fast forward to Mar 12/2019, I still haven’t been reimbursed. Since Jan 9/2019, Gerry and his assistant has only replied to one email, which was only a picture of my cheque with no address, plus a picture of a letter of reimbursement but with a wrong mailing address. Nothing written in the email. I’m now filing a complaint with law society in BC. All this over $324.10 that should be paid to my late Fathers estate.

NEVER EVER has responded to telephone calls or emails. Not once.

Too busy and forgot about my file twice.
