Worst experience EVER!!!!!

I called to try to set up a consultation for some law advise. I know nothing about courts, have never had to do any kind of litigating. I was reaching out for some sort of guidance with a tenant dispute. The lady who answered the phone and was going to schedule this consultation with me was awful. She was uncaring and cold. She asked a lot of questions and every time I answered a questions, she asks me rudely, "I don't understand, what does that mean". After answering further questions she informed me multiple times that she didn't understand what I needed and asked why I even needed to talk to someone. I said I just needed some guidance on what my options are and what my rights are. She again said well I don't know why you need to talk to anyone. I felt so deflated and frustrated.....I had no help or understanding from her. And she had no care to try to help me out in any fashion. My time I was done with the conversation I was almost in tears. This is such a stressful time for me, I look to try to get help and am treated like they couldn't even be bothered to help. The worst! If they treat people like that when they first come through the door, I can only imagine how people are treated following.
