Horrible service! I submitted an inquiry and then received a curt response from Marissa McCauley where she stated they couldn't help me. I asked why and she ignored me. Wow!! She has no customer service skills!

never used for conventional legal services, only been part of a mediation there, but Phil was well prepared and thoughtful in his approach. hope to never need his services again, though highly recommended them for mediation services.
