The following is my opinion: Poor communicators. They also closed accounts and filed paper work without confirming with our estate (we were in a dispute with a third party and their actions caused us to have to dismiss it) and then tried to tell us it was our responsibility to know how the process works (we thought this is what we were paying them for). I was also told if I left any reviews I could be subject to being sued! I'll take that risk to help other people avoid what I feel is a bad mistake.
