NOT on your side right from the get-go. Sherry, the front desk receptionist was very rude when accepting my call. When attempting to get information of whether she could handle my case, rather than handling the situation with dignity and grace, I received, “You don’t have to understand it, by we can’t help you.” I’m immensely exasperated with how she conducted this potential client. And if Kathryn Berger had any class, she wouldn’t have people like this working for her.
