I highly recommend Tom Fryer! Back in 2012 in my visit to Wa from my home, CA. Some VERY unfortunate events took place. As a result I have had my drivers license suspended, lost a job etc. I had called attorney's in skagit County for legal help with this dui matter. None seemed to really care.
