Mr.Scherr is an excellent barrister despite his bizzare sense of humor.

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience with the two lawyers from Pearlman Lindholm who handled my case. Michael Scherr is particularly impressive. Not only is he brilliant and extremely competent, he is kind and thoughtful, and he went far above due diligence to make sure that he attained a positive outcome for me. I have nothing but praise for this team, and I highly recommend Michael and his firm.

Extremely poor service! Referred my own wife to give Lindholm a chance to have an appointment for her claim. Only to call and cancel 15 minutes to their planned appointment and want to reschedule 2 days later. Won't get in to detail on her mobility function but wearing any sort of CAST isn't easy driving / walking anywhere.
This 1 STAR is for Monty Prior who easily settled my claim in less than 8 months! Unfortunately Monty was extremely busy this month and his secretary passed my wife down to the bottom lawyers.

If I can rate a zero they would be well deserved of it. They did not keep client privilege, big no-no for a lawyer.... Stay away from this firm. They are not looking into your best interest as a client. In particular Mr Juteau.

Pearlman Lindholm, and more specifically Mr. Monte Prior, was referred to me to handle my accident claim. My claim was extremely complicated with injuries and took six and a half years almost to the day to finalize; which has just been accomplished. Mr. Prior, Monte, routinely maintained an excellent stature of professionalism, highly sound character, and approachability throughout the representation relationship. His compassion, kindness and extreme knowledgeability spoke volumes and I have recommended him to other people as a result of his exceptional service. Everyone referred to him by me was highly satisfied with their own experiences and results. The point is, I trust Monte. I trust him to handle my accident fates as his proven devotion to his clients and his responsive intelligence has iterated his ability for superiority in his field. I was kept up to speed with regular emails and phone calls and never waited long for a response to my own probing questions. I will recommend others as I was, and I will personally use this firm, specifically Monte, for any future hiccups requiring a lawyer, without hesitation.

Poor service with Gordon Benn, very poor!

I have turned to Pearlman Lindholm twice now--the first time over twenty years ago and the second just recently--and been very happy with the support and advice I received both times.
