Disappointed because they are geared to help survivors of domestic abuse only. Also had minimal info on where I could go next.

The people who start the process with the Legal Aid Application are informative and compassionate. The lady I spoke with, was very knowledgable and could easily answer all of my questions right there and then. It was a very quick process, and I was very pleased with it!
