Companies beware!!! If I could give no stars I would. We had used this accounting office to do our taxes, they did them for over 5 years. During our time with them we had a change of book keepers, when asking for help one of the accountants would tell our new book keeper to watch you tube for the answers. Instead of explaining the answers in layman's terms and helping out his answer was you tube. In 2016 our taxes were turned in on time by the end of January. The accountant waited and waited to do our taxes until late august early September, which in turn caused us to have tons of late fees and penalties from the IRS. During that time our email domain was not working so we were getting no information from our accountant. Eventually he called and said he was waiting on us to get him all the information he requested, in turn he said he sent it all through email and have not heard back, this was over a two month period. Well if you had been sending information through emails and the client is not responding wouldn't you call them after the first week to make sure? He did not! We are a small business and your tax accountant is suppose to help you, all he did is cause us to pay an enormous amount to the IRS on top of the all the penalties and late fees that is charged for not filing on time, which our paperwork was turned in at the end of January on time. On top of that our accountant charged us an enormous fee plus 9 months of late fees. I feel that we owe him nothing because all he did was cause us to pay more than necessary. This firm does not care about their clients or the best interest of their clients. Ike loves to hear himself talk. I'm sure if he is asked about this review he will say our company was a mess, we just went through 2 book keepers, but a good accountant would be willing to help when a company is in transition and instead of listening to himself talk he would listen when a person is trying to learn the right way to do things. We have a good accountant now who is fixing what Ike would not take the time to do and making sure it agrees with what was reported to the IRS, something Ike never did. Our new accountant explains everything so it is understandable to everyone. So when shopping for a new tax accountant do not use this company. We are sorry that we did!
