Left message to get a quote on doing a trust never called back

Went in for a consultation 4 weeks ago. Despite having an appointment it was overtly apparent he was unaware we were coming as he didn’t know our names or why we were there. Provided information about what services we were looking for along with pertinent personal data. We were told he would “put us in the queue” and follow up soon. Called today (1 month later) and was told no work had been done and the ball had been dropped... Not a great experience especially given the fact we were looking for a trusted advisor.

She made such a positive difference in our lives! We did have a question that Attorney Tanko answered for us about annuities. He took the time to explain it all in detail. Every time we called, we talked with Dezi who was cheerful, fun and did a lot of work for the attorneys. Katie, the paralegal, was also available for questions and was most helpful and versed in wills, trusts and more. She is highly knowledgeable, pleasant, and good-natured. Don't forget the dogs that greet you with a tail wag. This quality law office will meet your legal needs, giving you assurance the best has been done for you.

Unprofessional, untimely, untrustworthy and impossible to work with. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional office and attorney. If you need something done within a reasonable time frame good luck. Over charged and under skilled.
